Pro Ganjang Gejang (Soy Crab) 프로간장게장, SEOUL!!

Ganjang gejang is a korean salted seafood dish that is made by marinating raw crabs with a mixture of  soy sauce, sesame oil, chili, sugar and garlic.

As i was doing my research through blogs as to where to eat during my tour to korea, Pro Soy Crab came up as the best recommended place to eat crabs. But what i did not know was that the crabs were raw (I know, I should have done my research) till we saw them on the other diners table. Since we were already seated, we had no choice but to just go with it.

It was a good experience for those who have not eaten raw crab.

It has a creamy, sweet, and savoury umami flavor and the flesh melts in your mouth

The only disappointment was that the banchan was too salty

I saw other diners doing this, so i wanted to try it out and it was AMAZING
