Alpine strawberry

3 years ago, during my placement in Germany, I came across Alpine strawberries. When they were in season, I would bring a bowl with me and head to my chef's garden every evening to pick them and any other edible flower for garnishes on desserts. These alpine strawberries are sweet and packed with intense strawberry flavour.
