Oyster Omelette @ Lebuh Chulia

Oh Chien, is a hokkien dish popularized by taiwanese. It is an egg cooked with oysters and starch in a form of an omelette.

The oh chien here was different in an amazing way, it had a crunchy texture and the caramelized taste of the pan fried corn flour topped with a soft, fluffy texture and aroma of the egg, the oysters were soft and succulent, and the dipping sauce was sweet, spicy and sour. Overall, i would say that this was one of the best oh chien that i've tasted and i will be back for more.
